The City of Montréal plans to create Ville-Marie Park, a new green space in the Quartier des Gares. Ville-Marie Park will run diagonally throughout the area, spanning five blocks of land that cover the Ville-Marie Expressway. The park will begin in the northwest at Guy Street between Saint Antoine Street and the Lucien-L’Allier commuter rail station, and terminate in the southeast at the Saint Jacques Street and Jean-D’Estrées Street intersection.

All responses are voluntary and will be kept strictly confidential. Results from the survey will be documented by Peter McGill Community Council in partnership with students from McGill University’s Master of Urban Planning Program in order to propose a design for the space that is reflective of the community’s needs and desires. All options proposed in the survey and final designs are hypothetical; however, the finale designs will be presented to the Ville Marie borough. Results from the survey and bigger project will be shared back with the community in the new year. If you are interested in being kept informed about the project, please provide us with your email.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us – we appreciate it!
