The Peter-McGill Community Council team is pleased to announce the launch of the Collective Impact Project (EN translation coming soon!) in Peter-McGill. Come celebrate with us at our 5 à 7 event, Building our Neighbourhood, Together, on Thursday, May 25, 5pm at 2205 Tupper St.
This collective mobilization project seeks to develop more public spaces in the neighbourhood, including green space, social housing, a primary school and community centre, that meet the needs of families, youth, the elderly and the community at large. Everyone involved in the Peter-McGill neighbourhood – residents, students, workers and organisations – is invited to come and learn more about the project and share their ideas to make the project their own.
A presentation of the project will be given at 5:30pm, followed by snacks and refreshments, as well as creative indoor activities. Take this opportunity to meet your neighbours and local organizations, and discover all of the activities and events offered in Peter-McGill this summer!
The event is free and open to all, with a kids zone available on site.
Accessibility Information : The event is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator located at the building entrance. The venue is located on the basement floor. Washrooms are also wheelchair accessible and there is a single-stall gender-neutral washroom available on site.
