Éclaireurs is an initiative that establishes mental health support networks across Montréal. The various Éclaireur support groups across the city encourage people to get involved in their community and look out for each other’s psychological well-being through training and discussion.
Below is an interview with seniors and immigration coordinator Sarah Maillé, who works under the Peter McGill Community Table.
Sarah is an active Éclaireur working to destigmatize mental health discussions and help make mental health support more accessible for citizens residing in downtown Montréal.
