Social Justice Connection (SJC) is an independent organization providing education and advocacy about human rights, global poverty and inequality. Through its education program, the SJC offers unique and engaging educational tools and interactive workshops to schools, NGOs and community groups. In its advocacy, the SJC engages policy makers at the national and international levels to press for greater fairness and the recognition of human rights standards in global finance.

The Executive Director is the chief administrative officer of the Social Justice Connection and is responsible for the successful leadership, management, and delivery of programs and initiatives that support our mission. You will effectively lead operations, ensure optimization of organizational resources (financial, human resources, and volunteers). The position of Executive Director is a full-time staff position. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board of Directors, and is expected to provide timely and appropriate support to the Board of Directors and to ensure that the organization fulfills all of its legal and ethical obligations.
