Opening of the exhibition Where We All Gather

Where We All Gather is on view from May 21 to May 31, 2026 at the Centre Sanaaq.

Born from a participatory research project, this exhibition brings together stories from people who live, work, or study in the Peter-McGill district. Their voices offer a shared perspective on downtown as a space of encounters and connections. Illustrations by Michel Hellman accompany these narratives, adding a visual and human dimension to the experience.

This project is led by the Peter-McGill Community Table and the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Montréal (CIRM) at McGill University, in collaboration with the Office de consultation publique de Montréal (OCPM).
