Citizen Meeting – Urban Planning and Sports Facilities Needs
Why this meeting?
As part of a citizen engagement initiative in Peter-McGill ahead of the November 2025 municipal elections, residents are invited to participate in a series of meetings to collectively define concrete local demands on urban planning.
This process includes three public meetings followed by the dissemination of citizen demands. After the pilot committee, the goal is to establish a regular citizen committee starting in 2026.
Objectives of the October 8 Meeting
-
Present the key findings of the 2025 study on sports facilities needs.
-
Open a discussion space on the results and clarify identified needs.
-
Enrich and refine citizen demands through collaborative dialogue.
Who should attend?
This meeting is open to all Peter-McGill residents who are interested in shaping the future of their neighborhood and contributing to concrete proposals to improve urban planning and access to sports facilities.
