To guide children towards self-knowledge by helping them understand their thoughts, emotions and body to then use the resources at their disposition.

The well-being of our children is at the heart of our actions and concerns. The team firmly believes that child development begins with emotional well-being and self-confidence. Educators promote positive self-image by way of interactions that nurture a healthy self-esteem in every child.

Character-building begins at home with the parents who play a determining role. Parents have a primary responsibility towards the child and form guiding principles that we build upon. In this sense, the educators of the LaSalle des petits daycare and family members work as a team in the education of a child. Our childcare work positively impacts each child’s emotional, physical, mental, social and language development.

At LaSalle des petits, educational activities serve as a tool for character-building. We strive to maintain a respectful and caring learning environment to nourish a child’s personal development.
