A new logo and website!

You may have noticed something different… a few things in fact! The Peter-McGill Community Council has a new logo AND a new website to match!

Over the past couple of months we worked with an incredible team to help us develop our new visual identity. We want to extend thanks to Lorena García Girón of Co/Créa who designed our new logo with great care and understanding. Our new colours better represent the diversity of our vibrant neighbourhood and the many different members of our organisation.

On October 30th we participated in the do_action_mtl hackathon, a one day event where web developers and designers come together to create free wordpress sites for local non-profits. We are so grateful to our incredible team for providing us with a beautiful new website, and who went above and beyond their one day committment to help us finish it:

Tanya McGinnity: Project Manager
Michal Bluma: Developer
François R. Caron: Developer
Jessy Yu: Designer
Nicola Zbacnik-D’Antonio: Content Manager
Melissa Lefebvre: Quality Assurance
Sasha Endoh: Event Organizer

Thanks to all of you, we have a beautiful new website that shows off everything that we do in the neighbourhood.  We couldn’t have done it without you all!
