Program Eligibility:
– You are a Montreal resident.
– You are able to understand and express yourself in French or English
– You are a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or an accepted refugee
– You must meet the ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale’s eligibility criteria
