Collection of Computer and Electronic Materials (CEM) and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)

As part of the Semaine Québécoise de Réduction des Déchets, we invite you to recycle your Computer and Electronic Equipment (C&E) and your Household Hazardous Waste (HHW). From October 12 to October 29, take advantage of this opportunity to make a gesture for the planet by getting rid of your old appliances that are sleeping in your drawers in a virtuous way!

Collection point: 1240 Saint-Marc street.

Items accepted: ink cartridges and all types of electronic equipment (computer peripherals, mp3 players, phones, cables and chargers, monitors, printers, etc.)

What happens to these materials? They will be collected by our recycling partners. As non-profit management organizations recognized by Recyc-Québec, these partners offer the assurance that the end-of-life products collected will be diverted from landfills and processed in accordance with Canadian recycling standards for electronic products and household hazardous waste.

What if they are still in good condition? Sell them or donate them to reuse structures (Kijiji, Renaissance, Société Saint-Vincent de Paul, Le Support…)
