Tel Aide provides a non judgemental, confidential, empathic and anonymous active listening phone service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We train our volunteers in techniques of active listening that are recognized by 911, 811, 211, CLSCx, and social workers as an important resource for their clients. We are putting out a call for volunteers, that we will train to be active listeners, to be helpful to our neighbours in their hour of need.
