The “Îlot Sainte-Catherine Ouest” housing development will be situated between 1920 and 1946 Sainte-Cathrine Street West. The consultation also asks for feedback on adjustments to the Urban Plan that would change height and density regulations for the development itself as well as the neighbouring area of Shaughnessy Village.
The proposed changes would allow the maximum height of this construction of this development to increase from 25 meters to 45 meters, while reducing the maximum height of construction projects in the neighbouring area from 25 meters to 16 meters.
You have until October 1st at 4pm to submit your opinion if you would like to present in front of the commission. Otherwise the deadline to submit a brief (without presentation) is October 15).
