As a part of the PAQ team, you will be joining a group of individuals who are committed to helping change the lives of Indigenous men and women in Montreal. Working closely with community members to meet their long-term goals, you will have the opportunity to see the life changing benefits of your work on a daily basis. Working with dedication to PAQ’s mission, you will have access to the support of team members as well as training in the areas of intervention, suicide prevention, trauma informed approaches, First Aid and Indigenous cultural knowledge.
The Permanent Housing Coordinator works in a hands-on capacity to develop and support permanent housing solutions for PAQ community members through two main options: (1) Project Logement Montréal (off-site) and (2) PAQ House (on-site). The Permanent Housing Coordinator also plays a key front-line intervention role focused on offering psycho-support to the PAQ permanent housing community. Working closely with the Housing Manager, the person in this role will supervise and mentor the PAQ House Intervention team.
