The OCPM published its report on the Îlot Ste-Catherine Ouest development project last week.
This project includes modifications to the height and density of construction in Shaughnessy Village, as well as the demolition of two buildings on Ste-Catherine and the construction of new ones, by real-estate developer Sergakis .
If you have questions about the project, we would encourage you to ask them directly at the next City Council meeting on Monday, February 22nd.
