At Tel-Aide, we believe that everyone deserves to be heard. Whether experiencing stress, emotional distress, loneliness, frustration, health problems, loss, or anything else that one might be afflicted with, Tel-Aide offers empathetic listening without judgement in complete confidentiality and anonymity. Our listening services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both the training and listening services are located in downtown Montreal, easily accessible by metro, with free parking available. The training consists of theory, role-playing, practice, and individual coaching.
